The key management personnel have extensive entrepreneurial and technical expertise.

Henry Goh, age 46, Chief Executive Officer.  Henry Goh started his working career with the Singapore Armed Forces.  In 1974, he graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, England and obtained a Queen's commission. He was a mechanized infantry officer for most of his stint in the Army. During his tour of duties he held command, staff and instructional appointments. In 1987, he was transferred to be the MIS Manager to oversee the entire Army computerization program. In 1991, he left the Army as a Captain.

In 1992, he founded Swiftech and became the MD of the company.  The company started with clinic computerization, then went on to doing networking and represented products for distribution.  In 1995, the company ventured into Internet business.

In 1997, Flextech Holdings Limited invested into Swiftech.  In 1998, Henry was given the mandate to assemble a group of Internet and Telecommunication companies together under Millenia Holdings Limited.  He became the first CEO of Millenia Holdings Limited.  Some of more well known subsidiaries under Millenia Holdings Limited included companies like iSoftel Limited (which went IPO in Sep 2000); EGuide (S) Pte Ltd (slated for IPO in 2001).  Over time, the more profitable businesses within Millenia Holdings Limited were sold off and in 2000, he returned to Swiftech as the CEO.

In 2000, he bought back all the equity ownership of Swiftech from Flextech Holdings Limited and Swiftech once again reverted back to become privately owned. 

Walter Klomp, age 35, Chief Technical Officer.  He joined Swiftech in 1994.  Walter is a Dutch national and Singapore Permanent Resident and he graduated with a BSc in Computer Engineering in 1992. He started his computer career in 1986 in a small system integration company. His working career was disrupted by national service and also to further his studies to get his University degree. Whilst working in Swiftech he has gained a lot of knowledge, both theoretical and practical. He basically built our Internet datacentre and the tools to do the business from scratch since 1995 to what it is now. In the process he also set up the infrastructure for starting Internet service providers in the region, namely Philippines, Cambodia and Bangladesh who used Swiftech's model for quick start.

Walter has a very analytical mind and together with his wide technical knowledge and the infinite Internet resources he has so far been able to tackle just about any problem which was thrown at him within days.

Zoran Vasiljev, age 31, VP, Business Development & Sales.  He joined Swiftech in 2000.  Zoran comes from Yugoslavia and he graduated in United States with a Bsc in Information Technology. After his return to Europe he started his working career as a Sales and Marketing Manager for Tehnicom, the largest importer and reseller of computer goods in Yugoslavia. 

In 1996, he persuaded the CEO of Tehnicom to invest and encourage a new division within his company, TehnicomNET – new Internet Solution Provider in Yugoslavia. As Internet Project Manager he was responsible for the overall TehnicomNET Internet Business Development, including e-commerce/web design/broadcasting platform. In 1999, TehnicomNET became the second largest ISP in Yugoslavia in its third year of providing Internet Services.  At the same time he directed operations of an US company in Yugoslavia, CyberLinx Systems. CyberLinx Systems was the only independent Web Development Agency in Yugoslavia at that time and Networking Equipment Reseller.

In 2000, he joined Swiftech as VP Business Development & Sales, responsible for planning & development of target market segments for promotion of Business Internet Solutions to business customers and for meeting and exceeding the assigned revenue target.

Lim Phek Hoon, Cecilia, age 44, Finance Manager. She joined Swiftech as the Finance Manager since Jan 1993. She also double up as the HR Manager. She has an LCCI in book-keeping, costing and business studies.     

Cecilia performance has been par excellence in keeping the company's account for the last 7 years. She also helps out in the annual budget for the company. 

Prior to joining Swiftech, she was the executive secretary at Borg-Warner International Corporation and accounts assistant at Perkins Engines Eastern (S) Pte Ltd.

Fabian Netto
Fabian is a business development and sales person with knack for technology. He is an electronics engineer by training and thus has the ability to understand the various technical aspects of the business. He also provides a good bridge between the management and the technical team to help managements understand the difficulties of the engineers in the field.

He has been involved in the IT arena for the past 10 years in various sales and technical appointments. He has been instrumental in implementing plans for both private and government tender projects as well as various government initiatives and projects.

Having been involved in the Singapore ONE broadband project from the early stage has introduced a first hand view of the merger of Telecommunications and Information Technology. As such, He has decided to try to venture into the core of telecommunications, which is in the very NICHE wholesale era of Telecommunications.

In this arena, he has been involved in the project management, business planning, cash flow management, sales management as well as business development in all the various aspects of the business. Due to his contribution to the group, he has also been promoted from a Operations Manager to Managing Director after demonstrating that he is capable to manage the entire business.

During his tenure, he has successfully implemented projects in the Philippines, Malaysia and Pakistan.

His keen interest in wholesale will help the business to develop further and penetrate the wholesale arena and make this company the best Asian based Internet Telecommunications Service Provider.
